This past spring, we made sure to go the extra mile to see as many God-bound churches around the globe as possible as part of a special week of special events, as we did last year. You might not have heard of them, of all places, but by now one might think you did.
This week, we’re heading into town to do some serious digging on God-boundism. What can we learn from these stories, and about the practices that underlie it?
One of the things we did in this year’s special events was actually look at those that we didn’t attend, and look at each one of the places that the Christians of New York were looking for. One of the places we found was a group called the New York Bible Association, which has a very active network of Christians around the country. What happens when you start turning all these places into religious centers like Godown?
